Cloe was born in Lima, Perú, and raised on Costa Rica’s North Pacific Coast, inspired by nature and the surf culture she grew up around. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film & Television with an emphasis in Direction of Photography. Cloe is pursuing a filmmaking career focused on direction, cinematography, and storytelling—exploring human experiences, female perspectives, and cultural narratives while balancing visual and emotional depth.

Director and screenwriter Geng Haowen was born in Northeast China and raised in Dalian. The imprint of this coastal city is deeply embedded in his heart. During his studies in the Digital Media Art (Digital Image and Online Video) program at the Communication University of China from 2019-2023, he combined his personal emotions and professional skills. His topics often focus on realism, with a keen observation of the suffering and struggles in ordinary people's lives. Whether tragic or comedy, the films he created frequently depict the resilience and efforts of people facing life's difficulties in a realistic and profound way. He hopes to convey an unrelenting hope and strength by telling the story how home people facing adversity.
